🗓️ Booking an Appointment – What to Expect

Before your pup’s first calming session, here’s a step-by-step overview of how we begin:

🐾 Step 1: Review the Website

🐾 Step 2: Complete the Intake Form

Filling out this form before your Sniff & Greet helps us better understand your dog’s needs and personalize their experience. You can fill out the form via Google Form or download the PDF version and email it back to us at rubadublovetouch@gmail.com

🐾 Step 3: Schedule Your Complimentary Sniff & Greet 

Once we receive your completed intake form, we’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary 20-minute Sniff & Greet consultation.

We offer in-home Sniff & Greets within our standard service area. This visit allows us to meet your pup, observe their comfort level, and ensure we’re the right fit before moving forward.

For clients outside our standard service area, we begin with a brief virtual consultation prior to scheduling an in-home visit.

🐾 Step 4: Receive Your Welcome Letter:

If everything feels like a good fit, you’ll receive a personalized welcome letter via email. This confirms your pup’s acceptance into the Rub-a-Dub Love™ family and outlines your next step. 

🐾 Step 5: Book Your First Calming Session:

After receiving your welcome letter, you’ll be able to schedule your dog’s first relaxing massage session via:

Step 6: Session Summaries After Each Visit:

After every appointment, we’ll email you a short, friendly summary detailing how your pup responded to the session and what we recommend going forward.
